Recently, Old House Parts designed and laid two floors in my 1860's vintage Inn in Kennebunkport, Maine. The floors were part of a renovation and Tom and his team worked closely with me to understand my needs and objectives. They carefully selected the reclaimed boards for the project and then did a world class job of installing the floors. The project was completed on time and the craftsmanship was exceptional. The care and professionalism on the cut, fit and finish was extraordinary and the floors are highlight of the renovation.
