OPHC Custom Projects
Custom Orders have been increasing the last couple of months. Tom and his crew have had some exciting projects to design and create.
Recently. custom old wood floors are a very popular improvement that home and business owners are installating. They had value to a property as well as comfort and beauty to a room. We have quite a few very happy customers enjoying their old wood floors this fall!
Tom has also been designing and creating headboards, kitchen cabinets, kitchen islands and tables. In addition, as shown in the pictures, Tom has incredibly designed and fabricated a unique one of a kind bar and back cabinet with mirror. There are many more pictures of this piece on the website for viewing. This heirloom piece, as well as many otherof his pieces are sure to be passed down within families for years to come!
All of our custom pieces are fabricated from salvaged recycled materials that we have collected throughout the years such as mantles, doors, pianos, newel posts to name a few. Each piece is designed with great care and detail, and possesses Tom's unique style and creativity. Stop by and talk with Tom to design a special piece of your own.

There is a new cozy nook at the Old House Parts freight house that is creating much buzz around town. We now have Kate & Erin for Old House Parts....which carries vintage finds and artsy creations of repurposed treasures. You'll find unique items such as a cork chandelier, homemade soy candles in a variety of vessels, burlap throw pillows, framed art and repurposed jewelry. You can see each item is given much thought and attention with regards to the environment and incorporating previously loved pieces. Come in and see for yourself!
Kate and Erin will be hosting a "Meet & Greet" on Saturday, October 22nd from 2-5pm in their nook. They will be serving hot mulled cider and goodies. and would love you to stop by and say hello!
